Enrollment Management
When learners enroll in opportunities posted by an institution or employer, the enrollment requests appear in the Enrollment Requests section. Institutions and employers can manage these requests and update their statuses accordingly.
Enrollment Requests
- Filtering Requests:
- Enrollment requests can be filtered by status: Pending (default), Enrolled, Rejected, Completed, and Issued.
- Users can select a status from the filter on the top of the page and click on the search to view requests for the specific status.
- Reviewing Requests:
- Institutions and employers will check learner details and their profiles.
- They can choose whether to approve the learner or reject by clicking on the respective buttons.
- Bulk approve or bulk reject requests are also supported for efficiency.
Request Statuses

Pending:
- New enrollment requests come in with a pending status.
- Institutions and employers review these requests and decide the next action.

Enrolled:
- If a request is approved, it changes to enrolled status, indicating the learner has started the learning process.
- Solo is not an LMS, but it can integrate with LMS for automatic management of enrollments.

Rejected:
- If a request is rejected, it changes to rejected status.

Completed:
- Once learning is complete, institutions or employers can mark the request as completed.
- Filter enrolled status requests and click on "Mark Complete" to mark the learning as complete.
- Bulk marking complete is also possible by multi-selecting requests.
- Once marked as completed, it will appear in the completed status.

Issued:
- After marking the learning as complete, institutions will have the option to issue credentials for the learning, which will be covered in the Credential Issuance section.
Job Request (Only for Employers)
- When a learner applies for a job, their job approval is sent to the employer they applied to.
- The employer will find these approvals in the Approvals section.
- The employer can approve or reject the job application.
Additional Features
- Bulk Actions: Enrollment management module supports bulk actions for approving, rejecting, and marking complete.
- External Integrations: Supports integrations with LMS for automatic updates of statuses.
- Filters: The enrollment request list can be filtered by various criteria such as learner name, opportunity name, status, and type of opportunity.
By effectively managing these enrollment requests and updating their statuses, institutions and employers can ensure a smooth process for learners on the SOLO Network platform.
