Email Customization

The Email Customization feature enables employers and institutions to customize emails on the platform. This feature is available on SOLO white-labeled plans, allowing users to tailor email communications according to their needs.

Email Content​

The Email Content page displays a list of all email templates available for the account. Users can modify these templates to match their preferred format and style.

Features of Email Content Page​

  • List of Email Templates: Shows all email templates associated with the account.
  • Edit Option: Each email template has an edit option, allowing users to easily modify the content.
  • Dynamic Variables: Users can add variables to the email templates, which will be dynamically replaced with the desired data during email generation.
